Through over 30 years of business, Møreforsking has built solid expertise on designing and conducting projects within varying time- and budget-frames. The institute has 55 employees, whom conduct research, development, counseling and knowledge development.

WORK FIELD

Lidun Hareide

Lidun holds a PhD in translation, corpus linguistics and comparative grammar, (English, Spanish & Norwegian) from the University of Bergen. Her master’s degree was also in translation and comparative grammar. In addition she holds BA’s in English, Spanish and Communication, as well as courses in managing and leading public organizations, as well as teacher training.
 
Lidun lectures regularly in translation, language didactics and corpus linguistics at Volda University College, and has lectured in linguistics, translation and interpreting at Volda University College, The University of Bergen and the Norwegian School of Economics. She has previously taught at all levels in the Norwegian School system, and lead the refugee service in Ulstein community. In addition, she has had several assignments from the CLARINO 2020 project, and is now an associate of the H2020 SSOHC (Social Sciences and Humanities Open Cloud) project. Lidun is the founder and the general editor of Bergen Language and Linguistics Studies (Bells.uib.no), an open access book series.
 
Lidun has worked for Møreforsking since august 2017, and does research in the crossroads between education, digitalization, social studies and linguistics.
