Through over 30 years of business, Møreforsking has built solid expertise on designing and conducting projects within varying time- and budget-frames. The institute has 55 employees, whom conduct research, development, counseling and knowledge development.

Audny Hellebø

Audny Hellebø has a cand. scient. degree in molecular biology from the University of Bergen (2001). She has also studied human anatomy and physiology at the Bergen College of Physiotherapy, now an institute under the University of Bergen. Since completing her studies she has worked at the Institute of Fisheries and Marine Biology at the University of Bergen and at the Molecular Biology Laboratory at Haukeland University Hospital. Earlier she has gained experience as a researcher at the Department of Aquamedicine at The National Veterinary Institute (NVI) in Oslo and at the Institute for Biological Studies at Ålesund University College. Since 2007 she has held the post of researcher at Møreforsking Marin.
Key work areas are in the field of biotechnology: studies of biofilms on maritime and marine installations and marine organisms, molecular-biological analyses of marine oils and molecular characterisation of bacteria and viruses.
